First topic message reminder :
Here is where wolves are first trained, either by Divines, Clan Leaders, Scholars, and Elders. All wolves start off in their pup form, until they are moved to the apprentice rank by a Divine. This is unless your wolf is an Elder or a Scholar. If they are the latter two, they go through a different test, and then are put through to their clan. These are training grounds, harsh as it may seem on mere pups, this is to test their abilities and draw out their mutations, so they can start their proper training in their clan.

Kamea sat down as Blaze grumbled a reply to Karatavuk before responding to Kamea's own message. The grey female just smirked. Her gaze flickered over to the Aure Whitelighter. It interested her that one other than an Ignis would see the beauty of a flame. Not only that but he was sincere too. Nature's tool...
The female was brought out of listening in to thoughts as the uncomfortable feeling came over her again. She bit her lip, not quite understanding what it was. Whatever it was she could feel it's presence getting closer but could not pinpoint where it was coming from. Her usual ability of sensing where others were because of the thoughts they gave off was being blocked or muddled up or redirected.
Closer her eyes to try and pick up on it better Kamea started to get a feeling for what it may have been... wings... flying... BAM! A sudden pain hit her head. It felt like she'd been hit in the head with a rock. With this pain her body crumpled to the ground, appearing to faint for not apparent reason. Kamea groaned as she lay sprawled out on the grass, her eyes tightly shut against the sudden pain. "What was that?" she muttered.

Light was sprawled out over the vast plains he had stumbled into, the brilliant sun casting it's glow on what seemed to be every corner of the earth. Each individual blade was an owner to a tiny shadow. Suddenly, the lanky pup pulled his coal black optics away from the ground. Feeling a sudden chill, he looked up to the wide spreading sky above him. Whatever, he thought simply. Bringing his gaze back down, his small paws continued deeper into the wide grass arena. He could see what looked like the edge of a forest a few hundred miles away, but his tiny pads couldn't stand much more walking. For as soon as the young brute neared a fairly big rock, he plumeted clumsily into the small shadow it cast. Stretching, he poked out his tail and back paws out of the dark coolness and into the warming rays of the sun.
The promise of sleep was seeming more and more merciful to the young male, but he kept his eyes peeled open. If he had gained anything from his step-father at all, it was to protect yourself at all times, and Marco couldn't aford to sleep in a place where possible threats could take place. In the meanwhile though, he was becoming increasingly bored. Pivoting his body to face the rock in which shadow he barrowed, Marco began to scrape his dull claws against the surface of it. Flinching, he pulled his paws away as the contact made unpleasant sounds ring through the small area. Instead, he turned his attention on a tiny ant climbing up the stone. Sleep seemed more and more tempting in the shadow of the rock, but Marco would not allow it.
Standing, the young male began to encircle the stone out of pure boredom. He thought to himself absently, until he realized his paws had made a dark circle from where he had paced the path several times. Giving up on all ways of distracting himself, Marco hopped onto the warm rock. He placed his haunches neatly on the flat surface. After a while of sunbathing, his eyes began to slip closed as he rested in the open...

""I may not quite understand it, but I know not everything is dangerous, yet everything is at the same time. Fire's dangerous, sure, but....rarely. It's mostly just beautiful..."
The Ignisi's anger flared as the male seemed to taunt the meaning of fire. Rarely dangerous? Try always dangerous? Mostly just beautiful? Always a spectacle. Blaze shook her head as she gazed at the wolf who lived his life in the air. "Is not understanding a risk you want to take?" she questioned in an almost sneer-like quality. Just what are you doing? questioned some part of her that she kept hidden from the others. Someone is giving you the time of day, and you're treating him like you're a pup. Come on now, what happened to wanting to be treated as a welcomed guest, rather than as an outsider?
The fiery female knew that the inner voice was right, but in front of these wolves, was she not expected to act as was usual for her clan? Short tempered and dangerous? Blaze was asocial, sure, but she did want to at least have some sort of company that she could keep - just so long as that company was not the company of a pup.
At that moment, Kamea fell from the sky. Startled, Blaze looked at the Charmed One. What could have possibly done that to her? The feeling that had sent a shiver up her spine before was more powerful now as Blaze darted over the the grey and blue female.
"What was that?"
If this was something that not even the Charmed One knew, then Blaze feared that they might all be in serious danger. "What happened?" she asked quickly. "Are you all right?" The White Lighter looked at the sky. Whatever Kamea had been looking at was coming toward them from the direction that the sun shone in their faces. With being a part of the brightness of fire, Blaze stared into the orb of light, trying to find out what it was that had been powerful enough to knock one like Kamea aside so easily.
The female could see nothing, however. Whatever it was, it was a good ways away. But something else fetched her attention. Another pup. With a groan, she shifted her red eyes over to it. "It seems that there is another recruit," she commented without interest. The more worrisome things had taken over her interests. The Incendu Clan leader watched Kamea, wondering if there was any way to help out.

Aquillo looked to the young pup that made its way around that had spoken that Karatavuk had given a ride. He smiled briefly and sat. He soon saw the arrival of Erasmus, and gave a smile to the male. He liked the water wolf. He looked as Blaze set alight a small circle of fire around herself, ruffling his fur, he turned to see the arrival of a second pup.
The next thing he knew, Kamea was on the ground groaning in pain. Blaze was already at her side, pestering away with questions. Aquillo trotted to her side, and gave a small growl in warning to Blaze to back it off. He nudged at Kamea gently with his nose. He looked over her, searching for a source of the pain, there was no external injuries, so what had happened? "Kamea... Kamea? Are you okay, sister?" he said softly with another nudge under her chin.

It took a moment for Kamea to recover, the pain slowly fading away. She didn't understand what had happened. Nothing could stop her knowledge of it's presence could it? The female did not like the idea that something could block her out like that. It made her feel even more uneasy. Sitting up she looked to the sky. Whatever it was it was coming by the air.
Looking to Blaze, with her questions and Aquillo, with his concern. Kamea finally uttered, "I'm ok." She smiled to assure them she was fine. The female debated on whether or not she should tell them what had happened. Was it something they needed to know? Was there real danger at paw? Kamea wasn't sure but with the pups around she didn't want to alarm anyone. They would need to get them to safety, both Aeria and the new one nearby.

Quill looked to his sister's eyes, they held fear in them. His ears flattened as he looked around to the wolves around them. Something was coming? What was it? Was it dangerous? Quillan gave a small growl, something was going to harm him, or his 'family', The Order. It was going to have to deal with him and his temper. How dare something try and harm The Order.
"Listen up Guysss, Girls. Kamea, has sensed something. We will find cover in The Margins. TTThose who can fly, fly, I will take the others by ground, WhiteLighters, Help me, other than Karatavuk, you take Aeria there. Audric, Blaze, Erasmussssss, follow me." he barked sharply as he looked to each of them.
He stamped his paw to the ground and shook his pelt, Antlers pointed to the ground. His coloured pupils looked to the wolves and pup. Drool fell from his fangs from the long sentence, his blue tongue quick to lick it back up. Quill looked around, his temper causing storm clouds to gather, he waited for wolves to start moving along.
(( OOC: Because of Quill's fangs it gives him a slur and makes him drool. Lol. ))

The young pup watched, eyes wide with concern, as one of the wolves dropped to the ground with a painful thud. She watched for some time, simply standing as she watched the scene unfold. Blaze approaching her, and then the other wolf approaching and growling at blaze. They exchanged words, in which she only caught a few sparse statements. That was when she decided to move to the wolf as well. Her paws were soft upon the grass as she carefully approached, her light blue eyes worried, and kind.
"Are you okay?" She asked in a soft voice, pausing just feet away. Her eyes were watchful, she was not only concerned but scared. Had such a thing been of her own accord, as Blaze had exploded with fire? She did not know. It caused her to be somewhat cautious.
Her fur, noticeably, was slowly becoming longer and more frothy and windblown, and less like normal dense fur. Of course, it was dense, but it was longer than it had been when she had first entered. That was not to be worried about now, and she new that. Her eyes flicked to the side, she felt unsafe now. Quietly and carefully, she began to retreat beneath Erasmus's paws, her blue eyes remaining on the grounded wolf still.
Then, the male next to her spoke. Her eyes wandered to Karatavuk. She wanted to fly, but she was scared now. She gave Erasmus a confused glance, before wandering to the winged male instead.

"Look at them," Aphrodite muttered to myself. She laughed a little. Some what on the loud side Rodite quickly growled at herself. No bubbly laughter for you right now. You're spying. She thought. Aphrodite walked a little closer, but realized she didn't need to as it was like she was fifteen feet away, even though she was twenty. The female thought to herself How could they have missed my scent?

Kamea saw the effect her words had on Quillan. He started to be authoritative in his want to protect them all, and she didn't need to read his mind to know that. Which was good because after her strange setback she had confined her mind to her own thoughts till she recovered.
"Are you okay?"
The small voice caused Kamea to look down. It was the young Ales, Aeria. The pup was scared. Smiling she tried to reassure her. Adding some charm to her voice she spoke softly to the blue tinged wolf. "It's going to be ok. You've got some good friends there who will help protect you," she nodded at Karatavuk and Erasmus. Her turquoise tipped tail wrapped around her paws, to show she wasn't worried.
Eyes roaming she spotted a young male napping nearby.(Marco) Also there was another pup trying to hide. (Aphrodite)"You can come out," she called out in a friendly manner. She trotted first over to the male and gave him a nudge. "Get up little one, you can come with us." She then went to the female. "It's ok, we won't hurt you."

The young male awoke with a sudden start, his eyelids flicking open as a nudge awoke him. Marco then jerked himself to his paws so rapidly that his back legs flung in the air with his front claws gripping to the rock. "Whoa," he mumbled to himself. Quickly thinking, the pup took advantage of his awkward position. He lifted his forepaws up, and flung his back legs underneath his stomach, gripping the rock in his short talons and pushing off into a long, puppy run. He wasn't sure what touched his back, but he didn't want to deal with it now. The only problem was, he wasn't sure where to go.
The sun seemed no lower in the sky than when he had drifted into dreams, to the pups despair. He was hoping the time would go by faster so he could get a fresh start the next morning. Marco began to get lost in thought. Ok, where to go... what's that scent? Is something burning? Where am I...
Suddenly, the young brute hit something... hard. The force of the knock was so sudden, he wound up on his back, stomach exposed. Glancing around in uncharacteristic fear and panic, he couldn't seem to get a grip on his bearings. Glancing around, his eyes began to focus again. He was so lost in thought, he hadn't noticed that he had stumbled into a large group of wolves in a seemingly intense discussion. The hard object he had run into was the strong leg of a grey male who was barking orders. On top of this striking wolfs head sat two antlers, a strong contrast to the ash color of his pelt.
Regaining his sight and mind, Marco struggled to get to his feet. A headache throbbed in his right temple as he began to crouch down, in both a defensive and firm position. He wasn't sure what the large brute was going to say, but Marco sure hoped he was in a good mood.

"Shield your eyes"
His words were said moments before the two wolves stepped from the forest. From past experience the large male shut his eyes tightly as the drastic change from little light to sudden rays of sun, hit him. He stopped and let his eyes slowly adjust by opening them a few fragments at a time. With that done, and his eyes watery the male stepped to the side and let the female slightly behind him step through. From here he would hang back and let the other clan leaders take over, even with the happiness seeping into him, he still felt sadness at the thought of all the wasted potential going to other clans.
He swished his tail forward "We are here madam" always respectful to one who shared an interest in the forest Audric sat and let the sun hit his now crystal like fur.

Misae couldn't help but be relieved when she caught a glimpse of light through the thick twist of vines obscuring the sky, for despite the fact she saw beauty in the forest, she was still a wolf of the sun at heart. Hearing his warning just in time, she squeezed her eyes shut as a burst of sunlight flooded her face, her wings automatically lifting at the warmth as she eagerly stepped forth. As soon as she was on open ground she opened both her wings and eyes, regardless of the slight sting it brought as a single flap lifter her a few inches off the ground. Looking over her shoulder with a grin, she dipped her head in thanks.
Hopping lightly over to where she could see the others, the female's face lit up at the sign of pups, an uncontrolled burst of happiness propelling from her body in all directions. She immediately headed towards her sister, Kamea, who was standing with what looked light a female pup. The golden female gave a warm smile in welcome. "Well hello there little one, what's your name?" Tail wagging, she inspected the pup carefully, looking at her markings and build to guess at what Clan she would fall under. Terram, I think, she smiled, turning over her shoulder to where the crystal male waited by the tree-line. "Audric, I think you should come and meet this one!" she called out, turning back to the white pup with a smile.
Suddenly remembering why, exactly, they had returned so quickly, she looked to her sister curiously. What was going on before? I sensed that something was... not right. she thought, knowing her sister would pick up on it but not wanting to voice aloud in case it might be something to scare the younger pups. Awaiting an answer, her smile grew as she saw another pup stumble into Quillan's leg, the joy at seeing so many rolling off her in waves.

Audric's ears perked as Misae called him over, to check out a pup. He didn't know why he was needed, but not one to deny a ladies, beckon he lifted his body from the ground and walked slowly, and with a drag he usually did not display, showing his only reluctance he came closer.
He took a quick glance at the pup in question and had to do a double take. A comical one if he was any judge. His eyes took in every feature of the young pup, his normally closed of heart leaping at the chance to have a member in his clan. She was young, but already the pup was showing the large size that first gave hint of where they would be placed. Her white fur had yet to adapt to that of a full Terram wolf, but that would come in time.
Was it possible? Was this a Terram Clan wolf? the first since himself should it really be that way. "Well i must say this is a pleasant surprise" His voice held a joy not many heard, only the trees and animals of the forest had heard him quite like this, as his eyes crinkled in the warmth of greetings.

When Quill came over and nudged her aside, Blaze glowered at him. Who was he to tell her what to do? Oh right. He runs things she thought with a mental eye-roll. Sourly, she backed away, until Kamea finally said that she was okay.
"Quill... brother... We may want to get everyone to a safe place. I- I fear something may be coming... I don't know what it is or if it's dangerous but something doesn't feel right..."
The fiery female's ears perked with interest to that. Whatever it was that was coming at them, it had even Kamea worried. They seemed to be making their way somewhere, but where exactly, she was unsure. It was then that Audric and Misae showed up. "I think I found the source of the odd feeling," she muttered. "The "feel good" squad finally decided to show up." Of course, her ramblings were nothing to take seriously, but the others did not really need to know that.
Blaze knew full and well that whatever had knocked Kamea from the sky was enough to cause some worry. But with new pups who may or may not belong in her Clan, there was no telling just how much danger they were in. One of the newer pups looked like he might be worthy of the flame, but at the moment, Blaze was unsure. She made a note to watch him carefully, because if he did somehow prove to be worthy (though she begged it to not be the case), then she wanted to make sure that he remained safe. The thought of taking in a pup, though, was by no means a point of excitement for her.
With a groan, her ruby gaze sat on the male that had run into Quill. If they wasted any more time, it may be too late to save themselves.

Aphrodite stood up and raised her head in a defense against all the other wolves. She was not at the least scared of them. "Hello there..." The large fae pup said. "I'm Aphrodite, but call me Rodite." Rodite smiled and cocked her head, one ear, her black ear, slightly slanted. "Nice to meet you!" She then walked up to the large wolf and studied him. (Audric). She did not fear him at the least. He smelled of the earth, a smell she most definitely liked. Rodite looked up and smiled a puppy smile. Then she walked over to this golden wolf. (Misae). She smelled many things, but radiated happiness. Aphrodite smiled and sat down waiting for something, anything, to happen.

After a long moment of sitting there in his awkward position, Marco finally took the chance to stand up straight after deciding he shouldn't expose to much to this large male. Marco had gotten a goood look at his fangs, and decided this one wasn't the right guy to bother.
In that instant however, the young pup did feel a pressing gaze boring into the back of his skull. He pivoted his cranium to the side instantly, his coal-black gaze catching the ruby eyes of another. But her eyes didn't hold his attention for long. Fire encircled her paws, crippling the grass beneath them. Her pelt was a fiery rainbow of reds yellows and oranges, topping off with fire tipping each of her ears. Finally marco returned to her gaze, not wanting her to be mad at him for taking any intrest in her. Slowly he peeled his eyes away, looking from one wolf to another, carefully excluding the one he had ran into, without moving an inch away. Each had different features. Some wings and others giant as trees, and another black-ish silver male who almost looked damp. He then moved to the pups, noting all their features mentally. One female that was a stunning light blue hue, feathers decorating her back, and another tall, soft white female, who's pelt hurt his eyes to look at directly at for too long a time. The white fae pup strolled over to the other tall one,and so he turned his thoughts away, and waited for another to move, unsure of where to go.

Aphrodite finally noticed another pup with a fur that look almost like a cloud (Aeria). She was a little on the small side compared to Rodite, but then again, most pups where. Then there was the, bigger than the other, male pup. (Marco). He was obviously not built for pure strength. He had a deep chocolate top coat with his stomach a lighter tan.
Rodite felt alone in that moment. No one looked like her. She felt nervousness sink in and she began to run her paw down her tail. All this big adult stranger wolves were suddenly getting past her pride and reaching her common sense. Finally someone had actually tamed her. The big wolf standing in front of her. (Audric).

Erasmus watched the scene before him unfold with a worried stare. If Kamea had been affected enough to collapse, whatever was responsible had to be dangerous. His unease grew as another pair of pups appeared in the clearing. They would be defenseless against whatever was coming their way. The water wolf found himself tensing again, his jaw set and teeth clenched. To Quillan's order, he only gave a slight nod of his head before rising to his webbed paws.
Before he could take a step, however, his slate-tipped ears caught the echoes of a howl reverberating down from the Summit. The sound flowed like a river through the valley and set his damp pelt on edge. His spinal fin rose a smidgeon as he turned his bright blue gaze toward the source. After a moment of consideration, Erasmus let his own howl ring out. His voice was deeper and rougher, much like the roaring of the ocean during a storm.

Rodite sensed a sudden tension in the air. A webbed allmost water-like wolf (Eramus) rose to his feet. Aphrodite suddenly looked around in worry. Something was happening and these wolves knew it, but what was it? The fae wanted safety for she smelled something different in the air. Tense as ever, and almost ripping her hair out of her tail, she stood.
"What is that strange smell? Someone help me, please." Aphrodite watched as the wolves gathered and her fear grew. She might be left behind. Don't leave me, please please please.... She though to herself. She closed her eyes and felt alive. She had been changing lately. It was amazing and scary.

(building from my post in the Summit of Lost Souls:)
She ran, no, she flowed down the mountain side like a creature renewed, gaining the momentum of the thawed snows as they rushed into the valleys in the springtime. In the distance, a howl answered her own, and had her breath not rattled in her chest from the exertion of the run, she would answer in turn. Instead, she did her best to turn toward its locale, in hopes of finding its source, one she hoped would be a friend rather than a foe.
She had only but arrived in this place, and already she remembered recent dreams and the feelings of ill that she brought with her over the summit and into this place. Dark omens that came in the brief moments of respite, a fitful sleep filled with dark shadows. What any of this could mean, she could not understand. However, she feared that she had come over the mountains on the tail of dark times, and this did not sit well with her.
Without the storm the rivers dry up, and all suffer the more for it. If the torrents did not fill the lakes, the lands would turn to ash. All must bear the darkened skies and dread weather in order to rejoice in the light after the storms disperse.
Tracking the wolves of this place proved difficult. Those with wings, why, their scent was lost when they took to the air. The creatures of fire left little trace that was not burned up, and those of the earth seemed to meld into it when they walked. Even those of the water, kin she should hope to meet, melded into lakes and streams, and proved as difficult to track as a leaf on the surface of a swift current. She could not find them.
Still weary from travel, it was difficult to say what the creature under the dust of travel looked like. She was of indeterminate age, dark in color under the grey grime of the mountains, and lithe, although that could be the thin frame of one near starved. No, from appearance alone it would be impossible to say just who she was, from whence she came, or what her purposes here were.
Down the mountainside was a journey swiftly completed, and into the outer reached of this realm she continued to run, until she could maintain the pace no more. Reaching flatter landscapes, she moved with head held low, and stepped quietly, like a visitor to the great cathedrals of man, careful not to disturb the evening vespers. A pilgrim in a strange land, unbidden, but perhaps not entirely unwelcome. There were few here, as far as she could tell, and those who were, proved elusive. Perhaps one more soul in this place would be tolerated, even welcome. But, the dreams did not allude to the answer to this question of welcome. Only to dark clouds on the horizon of her life, and to the shadowy forms of the creatures she would soon meet.
The source of the call was now lost to her, but she felt that she must be close. Again, she raised the call, a howl of a lone wolf, beckoning an answer from the one who answered her before. Her voice echoed, a soprano to the deep tones of the one she heard before. I am here, it seemed to say. Find me, test me. I am alone, and I do not hide.
Are we not all connected? We are born of water, wet when we leave our mothers, and when cut, does our blood not flow like the stream? Do we all drink to survive, friend or foe? It is the water that connects us, for from the Deep springs all life.

Karatavuk only looked at Blaze as she commented on his awe of fire. He gave no real answer. The next thing he knew Kamea was on the ground, groaning. Kamea! He thought, taking a few steps forward. Quill appeared, and what Kamea said startled the shaded male. He looked to Quill as orders were given, in which Karatavuk nodded gravely and picked up his own clan pup, Aeria. He glanced at the other pups, quietly wondering who they were, until his gaze fell upon Audric and the third Divine. Did they know?
Suddenly his gaze took to the sky, for whatever reason. Something seemed...different...Karatavuk squinted his eyes, until he noticed it. The currents in the wind were faint to his eyes. That's odd... He tried to move them, but failed. The currents did nothing. Then he saw something that frightened him; movement.
Something large was stirring up a circular movement in the currents quite a distance away. Though barely visible, Karatavuk recognized the current motions that came from a bird's wings while in flight. His heart seemed to leap in his throat. Something is flying this way...and whatever it is, it's huge... "Sir? Ma'ams? I think we should..."
A wail stirred the currents, signaling the direction of the beast and which way it was facing. He pinned his hears at the echoing sound as he watched the currents. They're coming right at us...

Kamea looked back at the male pup who seemed to have been startled by her waking him, so much so that he fell off the rock which he'd been napping on. He fallen against Quillian but they didn't really have time for lengthy introductions. Audric and Misea soon joined the group also, somewhat pleasing Kamea as it was better they be able to find out with the group together.
Miz something dangerous is coming. I don't know what it is... Quill has ordered everyone to the Margins around the Spire, not that anyone has taken any notice yet. Kamea looked around at everyone still hanging around and gave a snort. She would have to get everyone moving. "Miz you take that pup," she told the female nodding at the white pup that Audric had gone up to, Aphrodite. Moving to the male pup she glanced over at Karatavuk. The male had already picked up Aeria. "Ok let's go," she said, picking up Marco.
With a strong downward push of her wings and a spring she took off into the air. She hoped they could get everyone out of danger. Whatever it was coming their way was not something she wanted to ever have the displeasure of meeting.

(On my phone, can't do any fancy background At the moment. >...<)
It all happened so quickly. One moment Marco's feet were planted firmly on the ground, and the next he was scooped up into the jaws of an adult and they were soaring through the air. The adult would have bothered him, but she, like the orange fae, had flames licking at her ears. Mesmerized by this spectacle, Marco decided he could trust her, at least for now. He also caught sight of her large wings, and with only one downward thrust from these limbs they were airborne. Marco disliked this feeling at first, wiggling his legs as if he were trying to run, for that's all he's ever done. Of course it was useless against the large female for obvious reasons, so he just went limp.
Finally, for the first time he had entered this place, Marco spoke. "Uh... what's going on? M-ma'am?"He questioned his flying companion. A sudden smell of birds in the air had alerted him. It smelt musky and made him uncomfortable, especially since there were no birds anywhere to be seen."Are we being followed, o-or something?" He tried to twist to look at her eyes, but stopped quickly in fear of looking silly. He tried to smile politely, but all that he could do was shiver, for the sudden change in elevation was making him chilly, and oh how he despised the cold. Marco also made a promise to himself to not look down. If I do, i'm sure to make a fool of myself, he thought. instead he trained his optics on the adults face.

Rodite was the last one on the ground, being the last pup that is. Gathering her inner strength, which had been depleted, she stood proud and tall ready to face anything. The wail from above came again, closer this time. The smell was stronger and more foreign. Aphrodite growled showing her white teeth at the sky searching. The tan fiery pup had been lifted away and so had the blue-hued fae pup. (Marco and Aeria). Aphrodite was the only one left. She crouched down and looked up, afraid for what was coming.
